GRIND & TEMPERATURE
Dose setting, coarsness, tamping and water pressure regulation all influence the flow and flavour of your coffee. The optimum grind depends on the type of coffee, but is always done immediately before preparation. 91 degrees is the perfect temperature extract the aromas from the coffee.
